How It Began

Nuance Nutrition began as a result of my own experience of being put on low cal diets by different dieticians. Receiving cookie-cutter and 1000 calorie meal plans which wrecked havoc on my body and was also followed by episodes of binge eating, which worsened my relationship with food.

I had multiple issues with my cycle along with mood swings and irritability along with needing to get my gallbladder removed because one dietician put me on Keto Diet...

The FITNESS journey...

All these things led me to enrolling myself in various courses to deeply understand that the basics of good nutrition and a healthy lifestyle is not as complicated as we are led to believe. 

We are not plants and we need to move out body to ensure it stays healthy and active.

So instead of following JUST diets to lose weight, I began eating balanced meals,along with workouts/movement, sleeping well and managing my stress.

All this led me to come from 90kgs to 60ks and I am maintaining it since years now.

This same knowledge is what I share with clients and encourage them to follow healthy lifestyle habits to achieve and sustain weightloss.

The Goal of my program is Sustainability.

Sustainable results are achieved when one works on consistently forming habits that will help maintain results.

Food is not just Fuel, but also part of our culture,tradition, emotions and relationships.Hence, No low calorie/restricted diets are suggested.

Along with eating as per their current body's needs, clients are encouraged to find a form of movement/exercise they enjoy doing .

Benefits of Exercise and Movement go above and beyond just Weightloss and clients are encouraged to stay active to enable and sustain fatloss.

Whatever becomes a habit, becomes effortless to maintain for life, just like brushing your teeth !

TRUSTING THE PROCESS

Whenever we jolt the body into losing a lot of weight too fast, the body tends to resist. Especially, if there is a history of "dieting" involved.
Along with balanced nutrition and consistent movement/exercise, results may seem slower, than what is popular on the internet.
But Fast Weightloss is almost always followed by weight rebound, which takes even longer to lose afterwards.
This is why I encourage clients to trust the process of losing weight in a sustainable way.
Consistency and resilience go a long way into achieving and MAINTAINING the results we want.
